HANGZHOU ADVANCE HGTQ Highly Flexible Couplings

HANGZHOU ADVANCE HGTQ highly flexible couplings cover a rated torque range of 1.25–16 kNm. The HGTQ series is a torsional-type highly flexible coupling designed to effectively compensate for axial, radial, and angular misalignments between connected machines, absorb vibrations, and reduce resonance speeds — thereby improving drivetrain torsional vibration characteristics and extending equipment maintenance intervals and service life.

Each HGTQ coupling mainly consists of a damping ring assembly, elastic plates, and driving and driven connection components. The damping ring assembly is an integrated design featuring simple structure and easy installation. Both the damping ring assembly and elastic plates are equipped with axial ventilation holes to ensure excellent heat dissipation. HANGZHOU ADVANCE HGTQ couplings are widely used in marine propulsion systems (for both rigidly and flexibly mounted main engines), diesel generator sets, pump units, and air compressor systems.
