HANGZHOU ADVANCE HGTH Highly Flexible Couplings
HANGZHOU ADVANCE HGTH highly flexible couplings cover a rated torque range of 0.5–40 kNm. The HGTH series is a torsional-type highly flexible coupling designed to effectively compensate for axial, angular, and limited radial misalignments between connected machines, absorb vibrations, and reduce resonance speeds — thereby improving drivetrain torsional characteristics and extending equipment service life and maintenance intervals.
Each HGTH coupling mainly consists of an elastic element assembly and an aluminum alloy flange body. The outer surface of the elastic element assembly engages with the flange body through an inserted tooth profile, allowing axial plug-in installation and displacement compensation. This design is suitable for both rigid installation conditions and flexible installations on common base frames. HANGZHOU ADVANCE HGTH couplings are widely used in marine propulsion systems, diesel generator sets, shaft-driven generators, pump units, compressors, and torque converters.
